Having had the opportunity to stay at numerous Ikos Resorts as a family, and also separately with friends, we can tell you from firsthand experience just how good they are. From the moment you arrive—via their own private airport transfer—you are greeted by friendly staff who escort you to comfortable surroundings and offer drinks and refreshing towels while your details are taken.

An introductory talk follows, explaining the hotel layout, amenities, restaurants, and locations.

We have stayed in both luxurious Superior Double rooms and in the Ikos Deluxe Collection rooms, occasionally with a private pool. All rooms are beautifully decorated and feature a well-stocked minibar.

Room service has always been prompt, much to the delight of the family when ordering food, drinks, or snacks.

The restaurants are first-class, with menus that make it nearly impossible to choose due to the quality and variety. Ordering more than one dish to sample has never been a problem—often it’s even encouraged by the staff. The wine lists are extensive and varied, offering plenty of excellent bottles (or a glass) to choose from.

Hotel amenities are excellent, from the numerous swimming pools and bars to the consistently friendly, efficient, and professional service.

On more than one occasion, we have used a complimentary vehicle provided for the day to visit local areas, attractions, and beaches. A packed lunch is provided for your trip—though we never like to be away too long, as the food at the hotel is simply too good to miss.
