We cannot recommend Sri Lanka highly enough. Although having booked many customers there in the past, we have only visited once.

We moved from location to location. Visiting many amazing places and staying in stunning accommodation, such a luxurious Wild Coast Tented Lodge in Yala National Park and a beautiful boutique hotel Ahu Bay in Ahungalla to name a couple.

The island only spans 270 miles North to South and 150 miles from East to West. Making travelling from place to place easily manageable. 

Sri Lanka has a special experience for every traveller.

Sri Lanka, formerly known as Ceylon, is home to beaches with golden sands and turquoise waters, it offers safari adventures - spotting leopards in the depths of Yala, locations to view elephants in their natural habitat in Udawalawe or spot blue whales off Mirissa. 

Visit and view rolling tea plantations, and jaw-dropping mountain views.

Sri Lanka is rich in Cultural Heritage and boasts eight World Heritage sites.

Visitors can generally find good weather at some part of the island almost any time of year. Making all year round travel possible, to fit in with your own busy schedule.

There are great spots for Surfing and Diving. For both beginners and pros, especially on the South and East coasts.

Sri Lankan cuisine will tempt you with spicy curries, fresh seafood, kottu roti and exotic fruits. Vegetarians and vegans will also find Sri Lanka exceptionally welcoming.

Each day on this island promises new experiences and discoveries.

We noted on our travels around the island that Sri Lankan people were generally welcoming, kind, and hospitable. 

We’re not sure if it is true but we noted that everybody we met and dealt with greeted us with smiles and pleasantry. The warmth of the people was definitely one of the highlights of our trip.
